In 1997, Countrywide established a long-term relationship with our nonprofit partner, Rebuilding Together. As a national sponsor, our contributions support both the national Rebuilding Together organization and selected projects in many communities to ensure that seniors and low-income individuals and families are living in safe and sound environments. Since 1997, Countrywide has donated $10 million and completed 475 projects. In 2007 alone, 1,172 associates, family members and business partners volunteered 10,000 hours of service on 136 houses and nonprofit facilities.
Serving those who Serve
Through Serving Those Who Serve, Countrywide & Rebuilding Together partnered to provide home modification services for military personnel who were injured in Iraq and Afghanistan.
