Credit

The Credit Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities relating to the credit objectives, policies, controls, procedures and activities of the Company, including the review of the Company's credit exposures, credit limits, loss reserve methodology, loss mitigation and loss reserve positions.
