Operations & Public Policy

The Operations and Public Policy Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibilities to oversee: (i) operational risk matters, from whatever source; (ii) the Company's public affairs, community affairs and public policy objectives; (iii) technology, privacy, and data security risk matters; (iv) reputational risk matters, from whatever source; and (v) matters relating to responsible lending, fair lending and the Company's community lending programs.
